My new nail design is another contest entry for Makeupbees tropical looks contest

this time  decided to do nail art

i used acrylics craft paints to paint the entire design,i did start using a white polish from Essie called blanc as my base color and painted on top of it

when ever im out i try to stop somewhere to check out polishes and/or makeup...am i alone ?...lol

L'oreal BB Cream - Youth Code

So im just now finding out that l'oreal has 2 YES 2!!! bb creams..was at CVS today and saw it..and of course that beauty addict in me had to get it

so when i got home i opened it up..comparing it to the other l'oreal bb cream this one is heavier and also it has a strong scent to it..smells like a perfume floral something!! i cant really describe the smell but its not bad just a little strong in scent then what i like.

it is thick and creamy ... works into the skin nicely

i didnt try it on my face though BUT i did try it on the back of my hand and took a photo of my hands side by side to see the difference...i see a huge difference but what do you think?

Island Eye makeup

So i decided to enter a contest on makeupbee...the theme is Tropical looks so i decided to do a hawaii/paradise island look

i used alot of sugarpill cosmetics in this look,a little of inglot,black face paint and used nyx white base

Macro shots of Glitter Polishes + new camera lens

If you didnt know...today is my birthday!! and my 11yr wedding anniversary is this Sunday july 8th...my husband got me a new Sigma 70mm-300mm macro zoom lens and i totally LOVE it!!

this is a stock photo of it

so i decided to take a few macro shots of some of my glitter polishes 

i took 3 photos of my new china glaze polishes

And then 2 glitter polishes from Kleancolor

i think now you can see why i love this new lens!!

cant wait to take more photos of cool polishes

Sugarpill Cosmetics Nail Art

if you own or have tried sugarpill cosmetics you know they are awesome! Sugarpill is my favorite company and so i thought how cool would the sugarpill kitty look on a nail....SO i went ahead and handpainted that super cute kitty on a nail :)

now its not 100% match to the actual kitty but its pretty damn close

what do you all think?
